First, create your personal account

To create an organization profile in KAYROMA, you first need a free personal account.

Use your private email address.
This account belongs to you as an individual. Do not use your company email address here.

Your account stays independent from your company.
You can keep using it if you change jobs or work with another organization. You will create the organization profile separately later using company details.

Why do we do this?
KAYROMA focuses first and foremost on trust and safety. Organizations are verified to reduce fake companies, dishonest job offers and fraud attempts.
